Titans is teasing Gar in Beast mode ahead of Season 3 premiere
When it comes DC’s Titans on HBO Max, we already know that they have a furry superhero in the form of Krypto the Superdog (even if he doesn’t get nearly enough screen time for our liking), but what about Beast Boy? Gar aka Beast Boy, has been a main character since the very beginning of Titans. But at the same time, he hasn’t gotten nearly enough story time for such a main character.
In an Instagram post shared to the DC Titans page, it seems like we may finally get a bit more of our Beast Boy in Season 3. And we can only hope that it is true.
The Instagram post caption simply reads,
"Gar is out here giving a whole new meaning to Beast Mode #GarLogan #BeastBoy #DCTitans"
Beast Boy gets the spotlight on the Titans Instagram account
The post that caption went with featured a video of great moments from Gar, including a chat with Connor aka Superboy for Season 2 where he asks Gar what he can do. And the smile on Gar’s face is pure joy and mischief.
But really, we love that Gar is a part of Titans for so many reasons. He is fun and funny, with a sense of right and wrong that usually helps to ground the rest of the team (when they are pretending to be a team). And of course, his ability to shape shift makes him a Dog O’Day favorite.
While he typically sticks to his Tiger form, there have been hints that he can got full beast mode and take on other predator forms. And while we doubt he will ever give us a canine form, we still love him.
Now if we could just get some more scenes with Beast Boy and Superdog together that would be amazing. We need more Superdog in our lives and it just makes sense that if Krypto isn’t with Connor, then maybe he can be with Gar.
What do you think? Do you want more Beast Boy? Do we want more beast mode out of Gar? Let us know.
