Titans Season 3 gives us a dramatic trailer, light on Krypto and Conner
The first trailer for Season 3 of Titans is here and in the just over two and half minute video we get murder, drama, action, new characters, but not a lot of Krypto or Conner. And while we are still super excited for the show to return, we are all about seeing Krypto and Superboy on our screens.
When it comes to being a series for dog lovers, I’ll admit that Titans is a little lacking (or at least it was in the first season). Even with the arrival of Conner and Krypto, there has not been nearly as much fuzzy content as we would have hoped for a series that also features Beast Boy.
Heading into Season 3 of Titans, we were hoping to see more of Krypto in action, but if the trailer is anything to go by, we may end up disappointed. In fact, if you watch the trailer, you could blink and miss the super pup in the background.
Titans Season 3 trailer is here with drama and murder, but lacks a Superdog presence
In the trailer, we only get the briefest glimpse of Krypto, and Beast Boy as a Tiger in the final moments when we see the entire team in costume getting ready for what is likely a battle. If it weren’t for this one glimpse, we might think that the super pup had been left off the hero roster for the new season.
Even Conner seems to be lacking in this trailer, although he does appear more than once. And while it actually does make sense that Conner and Krypto were in no way a focus of this trailer because this is a journey back to Gotham, it would have been nice to see Superboy’s sidekick at his side in more than just an end of trailer moment.
Hopefully once Season 3 of Titans begins we will get to see more of both Conner and Krypto, while also seeing how the team works together and utilizes their super dog. Of course, we will have to wait to see if this really does happen.
