The cats were at the forefront of Bocce’s Bakery mind on April 1 as they revealed a very special treat that was all about that Razzle Dazzle over on Instagram. And we can’t help but appreciate that the company which we turn to for some of our dog’s favorite treats was thinking of their feline friends too.

You see, while Bocce’s Bakery already offers five flavors for our kitties, we wouldn’t mind a sixth option. And on April 1, that was exactly what they introduced, The Razzle Dazzle Lamb & Glitter Cat Treat.

According to the press email we received, this treat was meant to be a “soft and shiny” option that “makes cleaning fun,” while also making it a formula that “glows in the dark.” And in the Instagram post introducing the Razzle Dazzle, they shared that this treat is, “Made with glitter that glows, so you can tell they’ve gone to the bathroom – even in the dark!”

Sounds like a lot of fun all around.

Now I don’t know about anyone else, but as soon as I saw this email and the subsequent Instagram post, I knew that something had to be up. And of course it was! After all we all know what April 1 means when it comes to out of the box releases like this.

It was an APRIL FOOL’S DAY joke!

But maybe it is just us, but we kind of fell in love with the idea of this cat treat and we really wouldn’t be surprised if some cat lover out there decided this was a must have treat for their furry friends. This may have been an April Fool’s joke, but it is totally something we would pick up if it was actually a thing. (Because yes, we have no shame!)

What do you think fellow feline fans? Would you pick up the Razzle Dazzle if it was real? What do you think would happen if this was a real treat announcement? We want to know.
