See how Dogs of Twitter celebrated Mother’s Day 2021
How did the Dogs of Twitter celebrate Mother’s Day 2021?
Like with other howlidays, Dog Twitter had a lot of thankfulness to give this Mother’s Day, for moms both human and canine.
“Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers!” Ovie the Bulldog wrote on an Instagram post that he also shared to Twitter. “Especially to my Momma, who makes sure I have the best of everything!”
This includes LOTS of Victory Cookies for him and Saffy, and walks to the baseball stadium in the neighborhood.
Mother’s Day 2021 was celebrated by the Dogs of Twitter in an appawpriate fashion.
“Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mommyfavs out there!” Bunsen and Beaker wrote alongside a collage of photos of their Mommyfav. “There’s a reason they’re our favourites. It’s because they’re the best!”
They had quite a weekend, as Beaker attended a virtual wedding for Penny Lane Pup on Saturday, then was nearly nabbed by a rogue coyote on Sunday night before Bunsen chased him away.
“I wish my mother Reba was still with us,” Trenton Thunder Rookie the Batdog lamented. “[My litter sister] Mickie and I both miss having her here at the stadium with us.”
On the plus side, “Dash wishes his mother Meadow a very happy day,” and she and his litter brother Miles will appear at a Bark in the Park game later this season, and Dash is doing well in his first season as a batdog, though the team is working with the Toronto Blue Jays in the MLB Draft League this season instead of the New York Yankees in the Double-A Eastern League, due to Minor League Baseball’s reorganization last fall.
WeRateDogs rated pit bull mom Bean and her daughter Sprout as a 14/10 duo, and it’s hard to argue with that reasoning, since they look almost as similar as Reese Witherspoon and her daughter.
While the Amazing Linus has gone OTRB, his little sister Mightee Harley Quinn is keep things running smoothly around the house, and that includes helping their Momma with everything.
We hope that your Mother’s Day 2021 went well if you chose to celebrate, and that you had a good weekend anyway if you didn’t.
