The 2020 Brevard Kennel Club results are in, as the event fills its usual place as a lead-in event for the AKC National Championship presented by Royal Canin at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
About 3,500 dogs were entered in the 2020 Brevard Kennel Club show, which was hosted by the nearby Brevard Kennel Club. The show took place on Wednesday, December 9, and was streamed live on AKC.tv.

Herding Group
Winning the Herding Group was Conrad the Shetland Sheepdog, whose registered name is GCHP Syringa-Akadia the Corsair, finding himself in a familiar spot as a group winner.
Also earning placements were a Puli in second, Millie the Pembroke Welsh Corgi in third and an Old English Sheepdog in fourth.
Hound Group
465 entries were in the Hound Group, which was claimed by Bourbon the Whippet (officially GCHG Pinnacle Kentucky Bourbon), who is the sister of Whiskey, the Best in Show winner at the 2018 National Dog Show.
Coming in second was a Saluki, while 2020 NDS Best in Show Claire the Scottish Deerhound was third, with an Afghan Hound coming in fourth.
Non-Sporting Group
A Tibetan Terrier bearing the registered name of GCHS Barnstorm Blue Blood Royalty By Dzine won the Non-Sporting Group, which had 344 entries.
Taking second was a Lhasa Apso, taking third was a Boston Terrier and fourth Sushi the Schipperke.
Sporting Group
An ASCOB Cocker Spaniel with the registered name of GCHS Foleys Frat Party won the Sporting Group, and also placing were a Cocker Spaniel in second, Irish Setter in third and English Setter in fourth.
575 dogs were entered in this group.
Terrier Group
487 terriers were entered into the Terrier Group, which was won by a Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier called Mister (officially named GCHB Doubledoons Extreme Gamer, who sounds like he would enjoy our sister site App Trigger (video game news).
Finishing second in the group was a Miniature Schnauzer, third was a Lakeland Terrier and fourth was a West Highland White Terrier.
Toy Group
To the surprise of no one, 2019 Beverly Hills Dog Show Best in Show and reigning AKC National Championship winner Wasabi the Pekingese (known officially as GCH Pequest Wasabi) continued his formidable domination of the competition in the Toy Group.
Also placing were a Pomeranian, an Affenpinscher and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, in that order.
Working Group
In the Working Group, 453 dogs were entered, with a Bullmastiff with the registered name of GCHS Silverbacks Wind of Fate taking the blue ribbon.
Taking the red ribbon was Wilma the Boxer, the white went to a Black Russian Terrier, and the yellow went to a Doberman.
Best in Show
When it came to Best in Show judging, the winner was Wasabi the Pekingese, with Conrad the Sheltie coming in runner-up as Reserve Best in Show.
