Suicide Squad #6 reveals Batman has a furry weakness

If there is one thing we know about Batman, it is that even as a human, he is a superhero without many weaknesses. Whether he is Bruce Wayne or the Caped Crusader, this is one hero who seems prepared for whatever is thrown his way.

However, in the latest Suicide Squad comic released, it seems that the anti-hero team discovered a particular weakness of our hero that we didn’t know about. According to Screen Rant, it seems that Batman really does have a soft heart hidden behind his cape and cowl.

In a scene in which the Caped Crusader comes face to face with Deadshot, the retired villain (retired might be a stretch at this point) uses a puppy to stop Batman from knocking him out with his fist.

More from Dog of the Day

While Batman has his fist raised to take down Deadshot, our former villain holds up a pup and asks for a truce. And while it is kind of meant as a joke, it actually does stop our hero from actually hitting the other man.

In fact, with the pup at his side, Deadshot actually holds a conversation with Batman explaining things that are happening that our hero does not seem to be aware of.

Although this scene is almost a blink and you miss it joke of sorts, it totally shows us another side of our superhero. Considering there are comics where he has a pup as a sidekick, there are times when we forget all about Ace the Bat-Hound. So having this Suicide Squad comic show us that our hero has a soft spot for dogs is the perfect reminder.

If all it takes is holding up a puppy to get Batman to stop fighting with Deadshot, that could mean that dogs are his personal Kryptonite. And more villains may take advantage of this information, which could be a bad thing.

Honestly though, we are here for this kind of weakness in our heroes, as we too are all about our furry friends.
