Chris Young sends holiday wishes while wishing his dog Porter a happy birthday

It turns out that December 24 is not just Christmas Eve, it is also Chris Young’s dog Porter’s birthday. And lucky for us, we got to see a picture of the duo on Instagram to mark the occasion.

If you follow Chris Young on social media, then you know that the country singer is just as likely to share images and videos from his concerts, as he is to share pictures of his dog, Porter. And considering how much he loves his canine friend, it makes sense that he would recognize a big day in Porter’s life.

On Dec. 24, not only did Young wish all of his followers a Merry Christmas Eve, but he also took the time to wish Porter a happy birthday. That’s right, it turns out that Porter is a Christmas pup and we are all here for this shout out. And with “ILovePorter” as a hashtag on the post, we can’t help but want to bask in the sweetness of the post.

Not only did we get to see Chris Young with his pup on Christmas Eve (happy holidays to us), but it was also a chance for fans to celebrate Porter’s birthday with him. When you think about the fact that the country pup has his own Instagram account, it makes sense that the singer’s followers would want to know about this special day. (Of course, the pup doesn’t post nearly enough for our liking.)

Seriously we would have been upset if we missed out on wishing Porter a happy birthday, and we always love when Chris Young features his handsome boy on his Instagram account.

We are totally here for any Porter content the country singer wants to share with his followers. And that is especially true of this birthday post.
