Titans has been renewed for Season 3, but what does this mean for Krypto
The news that DC Universe will be bringing Titans back for a third season is definitely exciting. But, what does this mean for Krypto?
It’s official, Titans will be back for a third season. And while we are definitely excited by this news, we have questions. Considering there are still a few episodes left in Season 2, we don’t really know what is going to happen with the team and characters like Krypto and Superboy, which is why we aren’t sure what this renewal news means for Season 3 of Titans.
According to IGN, we can expect to see more of the show in the Fall of 2020, which is great news for fans. But, that is all we know at this point, which means we really don’t know if Krypto will be returning or not.
Looking at Season 2 of Titans, we have not really seen a lot of teamwork in action, even with Krypto standing by Superboy’s side no matter what. And with how broken apart the team is at this point in the season, we don’t even know if Krypto will still be around when the season finale begins streaming.

However, considering how well Krypto has integrated himself with Gar (the only member of the Titans who seems to still be around and fighting for the team), it is entirely possible that our super pup will survive to see Season 3. In fact, that is definitely our hope, as we love seeing Krypto in action, from ringing a doorbell with his nose to actually shooting lasers from his eyes, it seems like this super dog knows how to be a scene stealer.
Hopefully as DC Universe reveals more news about the third season, we will learn more about the team and the current members (if we can call Krypto and Superboy that at this point). Plus, it will be interesting to see if they introduce other members to the team, like the comics have in the past.
