There is no way anyone thought Bluey would end up being as big as it is. The series has truly taken on a life of its own.

Since there's so much hype around Bluey, I wanted to go back and revisit some episodes. In particular, I wanted to start with the first episode of each season and rank them.

Currently, there are 3 seasons of Bluey out so we have three episodes to rank. Let's get into which episodes we'll be ranking. Season 1, Episode 1 of Bluey was "Magic Xylophone," while Season 2, Episode 1 was "Dance Mode" while Season 3, Episode 1 was "Perfect."

Oddly enough, each of these episodes has a common theme and it's that Bandit is part of the plot. It's bound to be a fun time then so let's get into the ranking.

Coming in at the #3 spot is...

3. "Magic Xylophone"

Starting things off is the first episode of Bluey ever. Billed as Season 1, Episode 1, "Magic Xylophone" is an episode I've watched repeatedly. This is one that always airs on Disney Junior and is also a great one to start the series off with.

The episode features Bluey and Bingo using the "magic xylophone" to control their dad. They can freeze him and play tricks on him. While it's mostly about that, it also has a moment where Bluey needs to learn how to share with Bingo. Even though it's the first episode of the series, it really set the tone for what the rest of the series would be known for.

2. "Dance Mode"

Moving into the #2 spot, we have "Dance Mode" which is Season 2, Episode 1. This episode begins with the Heeler family out to lunch and Dad mistakenly eats Bingo's last french fry. To try to make it up to her, they give her "Dance Mode" which is essentially where Bingo tags someone in to dance no matter where they are.

While Bingo has three dance modes, Bluey and Mom end up taking them from her while Dad buys the last one. Eventually, Bingo ends up admitting to how she feels and that she isn't always comfortable using her inside voice. To make it up to her, the entire family decides to do dance mode while out in public.

This is another adorable episode and such a great way to start off the series. It also allows for some great conversations as kids can tend to feel like Bingo. While I don't know if Dance Mode is the best course of action, that talk could spark something else in its viewers.

1. "Perfect"

This is where things start to get confusing because "Perfect" is billed as Season 3, Episode 1 everywhere aside from Disney+. Due to that, I'm counting it as the Season 3 premiere of Bluey. I know that everyone might not agree, but that's how I see it.

Either way, this episode had to take the cake because it was just too good to ignore. The episode follows Bluey and Bingo making Father's Day cards for their dad. Bluey is so concnered about it being perfect that she doesn't stop to think about how much fun she has with her dad. Eventually, Chili is able to convince her that she doesn't have to be perfect and they end up having a great conversation.

On the whole, "Perfect" is not only a great episode that could end up sparking a conversation but it also has some funny moments. If you've watched the episode, I think you know what I'm talking about but if not, you need to go watch it. It's another really great episode of Bluey and one that I'd highly recommend.

Seasons 1-3 of Bluey are currently streaming on Disney+.
