Jason Kelce pulls the ultimate dad move involving cats

Everyone is talking about the Kelce Brothers and rightfully so. Despite Jason Kelce being retired, the NFL siblings are hotter than ever.

Of course, we can't deny that part of that is because Travis Kelce is dating Taylor Swift. Speaking of Taylor Swift, Jason opened up about the ultimate dad move he pulled on his kids and it's truly amazing.

When doing the New Heights podcast, Jason spoke about how he's stopping his family from getting a cat. People shared the full quote: "You know what my latest plan to divert our family from getting a cat is? I just keep telling our girls that cats are poisonous,” Jason revealed, referring to his three daughters." As you can see, Kelce did exactly what other parents have done in the past and took their kids a little white lie.

Jason's brother, Travis was quick to ask him why he would do that and what the effects could be. It led to a little bit of banter between the two and honestly, it proved to us just how hilarious Jason Kelce really is.

Jason Kelce is making sure his house stays cat-free in his own way.

Fans were quick to question Jason about this including what would happen with his kids met Taylor's cats and Jason simply responded with: "It's gonna be hilarious." Once again, he's proving that he's making the ultimate dad joke because I can imagine a dad thinking this is utterly hilarious, and rightfully so.

Given that the Kelce family recently lost one of their beloved pups, it makes sense why they wouldn't be ready to add a new pet into the mix. However, adding a cat is very different from having a dog but I can see why the Kelces wouldn't be ready for that. Either way, it'll be fun to see if the Kelce brothers share how it goes when Wyatt, Bennett and Elliotte meet Taylor's cats.

No matter if you're a cat person or not, there is no denying this was a hilarious move by Jason Kelce. It seems like Jason Kelce is enjoying retirement. Clearly, becoming a cat dad is not part of his NFL retirement plan!
