It's October, which means it's time for another monthly BarkBox theme. Considering it's spooky season, it's not too difficult to guess what the theme is. This year, it's "Lick or Treat" and features a bunch of creepy (and cute) toys that your dog will love.
Let's start with the regular subscription box, and then we'll move to the Super Chewer subscription. First up are a few critters! Ghouly Worm is a blue and red worm toy that looks exactly like a sour gummy worm but with eyes. It also contains two squeakers and a bungee, making it perfect for tug-o-war.
The next critter is the Bat Outta Howl! The black and pink fluffy bat is cuter than it is spooky and features a squeaker as well as floppy wings that your dog will love to chew on.
Next up is Skelly Beans! This is basically a fabric pouch that looks like a bag of candy (with nutritionals), but instead of candy inside, it features three ghostly skull toys. All the toys in this set include crinkle on the inside and by hiding the skelly beans inside the bag, it can be a great game for your dog.

You'll also want to be on the lookout for Vampy Corn! This fluffy candy corn looks sweet until you see its fangs. It also features a squeaker, making it the perfect toy for the Halloween season. There is also Barry Bones, which is a skeleton doll who, based on the inside of their stomach, enjoyed a bunch of candy. This toy includes a squeaker and crinkle on the inside. The arms and legs on Barry are also perfect for biting.
There is also Krypt Kats! These might be the cutest toys in the box and are obviously a play on Kit Kats. The "candy bars" have cat heads on them and slide into a fluffy candy wrapper sleeve. Everything is filled with crinkle, so they'll make as much noise as a real piece of candy.
Finally, this box includes Pawday! This play on the Payday candy bar includes both crinkle and a squeaker and allows your dog to enjoy a candy bar without the fear of chocolate.
On to the Super Chewer box! If your dog tears apart a toy in two seconds, this is for you. First up is the Sour Power Worm, which is a hard plastic version of the Ghouly Worm but is blue and green. You'll also receive Chompy Corn, which is not only bouncy but also vanilla-scented. Much more appetizing than actual candy corn.
There is also the Eye Roller! This eyeball-shaped toy has a natural rubber core to ensure it can stand up to any dog. You'll also get a plastic candy apple with a skull face and a hard plastic pink and black licorice twist (it's also strawberry-scented).
No matter which box you choose, you are getting a bunch of incredibly cute and fun toys this month.
