Scooby-Doo is one of those classic characters you can't help but love. Maybe it's due to the way he talks or his appearance but Scooby-Doo is just a good dog.

Regardless, the one thing I always love about Scooby-Doo and the franchise as a whole is how vast it is. While some of the direct-to-video movies have been less-than-stellar, there is still a lot that holds some childhood memories for a lot of us.

That's why I had to share a recent post from Scooby_News on Instagram. The page is dedicated to sharing awesome Scooby-themed news and a recent post caught my eye which is that 3 (!!!!) classic Scooby-Doo movies will soon be headed to Blu-ray which are Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School, Scooby-Doo! Meets the Boo Brothers and Scooby-Doo! and the Reluctant Werewolf.

If you didn't know, the Hanna-Barbera Superstars 10 was a collection of made-for-TV movies released by the company, featuring some of its most popular characters and we're now getting that collection on Blu-ray.

Hanna-Barbera Superstars 10 is a must-buy for any Scooby fan!

While the collection features 10 movies in total, we're only getting those three Scooby-Doo movies which is bittersweet. There are so many great Scooby-Doo specials out there so maybe we'll see the company release more in the future.

If that wasn't enough, each of these films will be getting an individual release alongside the collection which is so exciting. My favorite Scooby-Doo movie is easily Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School so finally getting to watch it again after years sounds like so much fun. Frankly, this has been a long wait for Scooby fans and I'm dying to have a copy in my hands.

Considering that I still own the VHS tape of Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School, I've loved this one for a while. Hopefully, all the excitement and buzz around these films being released will show Warner Brothers how much we all love Scooby. It feels like that franchise never gets as much love or credit as it deserves. We'll see how the company handles but all I know is that I'm excited.

What is your favorite direct-to-video Scooby-Doo film? Be sure to share it with us!
