Snoopy might not have been the first dog to go to space. Even so, he left his mark and NASA is taking notice.

For 2023, the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex ensures everyone attending will have some fun. That comes in the form of a new stage show called All Systems Are Go which doesn’t give an idea of what it could be.

However thankfully, we got the scoop on it and it’s a show featuring our favorite beagle, Snoopy, and his Peanuts pals. While there’s a video to share, it’d only be right to give you an idea of what you could get into.

According to the Kennedy Space Center’s website, “Come along as Snoopy and Woodstock are called by a Launch Director to assist with the next NASA mission – Artemis. From training for the mission to testing the Orion spacecraft to visiting other planets, guests can go on a sensational, out-of-this-world 20-minute adventure full of history, education and imagination.” If I live anywhere near there, that would be an amazing way to spend an afternoon.

All Systems Are Go puts Snoopy and his friends front and center in the show.

If you watched the video above, you saw a short preview of what to expect if you attend All Systems Are Go. However, I feel like it would just be so magical to see Snoopy and his friends talking about space and diving into much more within the span of the show. Plus the Peanuts characters have truly transcended time and are enjoyed by kids and adults alike.

I feel like sometimes things can be a bit dense and stiff when it comes to space travel and science and it’s not always approachable. Snoopy and the Peanuts gang are fun so it makes sense to use them and even is the perfect companion to Snoopy in Space on Apple TV. Either way, it seems like it’d be an absolute blast to watch and even take a bit of a breather while at the Kennedy Space Center.

Either way, if you’re near the Kennedy Space Center or plan on traveling there soon, it’s worth looking into All Systems are Go! As someone who enjoys Peanuts, I’d love to be able to go to this if I was closer so if you can, I’d say do it. Then you can come back and report how fun it was to all of us at Dog of the Day.
