Will Trent shows his softer side with Betty in this exclusive clip
While Will Trent might be a new series, it is quickly becoming a fan favorite. And part of that is due to the relationship between Will and his new Chihuahua Betty.
We here at Dog O’Day have been on Betty watch since the very beginning. Part of that is because we love when any dog pops up on our screen, and the other part is the way the Chihuahua and her new owner interact with each other. There is something about the way Will reacts to his new dog that kind of touches our heart.
In an exclusive clip that we were sent ahead of the third episode on ABC, we get to see the softer side of Will Trent as he interacts with his new dog walker. It’s the kind of moment that makes you laugh while also bringing out those “awwws.”
Will Trent shows his softer side with Betty in the third episode
In just a 25 second clip, we get to see exactly how much will loves his new dog. Right away he is explaining to his new dog sitter/walker that Betty is very particular about her food, as well as what’s important to the overall health of older Chihuahuas. The sitter has to properly mix everything together or else Betty will push things aside to just eat what she wants. And it is clear that Will thinks his dog is the very best. (And we happen to agree.)
Even the sitter can tell that Will is a bit obsessed with his dog. After all, they are quick to ask if he just wants to take the dog to work with him. And you can tell that if that was an option, he would absolutely do it.

We are actually pretty excited for the third episode, in order to see how Betty and Will are getting along. This clip is a great teaser for how their relationship is evolving over time. And it hasn’t been that much time. We are loving these small moments and we can’t wait to see more of them.
But, what do you think fellow a dog lovers? Are you as particular about your dog as Will seems to be about his? Are you loving Will Trent as much as we are? We want to know.
