It’s time for an adventure in the City (New York City that is) with your pup at your side. In honor of International Friendship Day (which happens to be on July 30), Circle Line is inviting your pup onboard for a one-day only city cruise to the Statue of Liberty.

According to the Circle Line Pawsitively Perfect Pup Cruise page, this is the first time in the company’s history that guests are being invited to bring their dogs on to one of their ships. But what exactly is happening you may be asking?

Well, as part of a special partnership with North Shore Animal League America on International Friendship Day, your pup is invited to join you on a special 11 AM cruise to the Statue of Liberty. And it sounds like you and your fuzzy friend will even get a photo opportunity with Lady Liberty herself!

But that’s not all, as all pups who make it onto the cruise “will receive some sweet treats and specialty swag to make their tails wag!” So what do you need to know about this very special opportunity (and experience)?

From 10 AM until 2 PM on July 30, “a North Shore Animal League America mobile adoption event will be available on Pier 83.” And the $20 ticket price for the cruise will be entirely donated to North Shore Animal League America.

At the pier, you can meet puppies and adult dogs looking to meet and greet potential new parents. You will get to learn all about North Shore’s mission and efforts to help homeless animals. Their mission includes rescuing, nurturing, educating others, and of course facilitating an adoption with a happy and loving home.

Not only is this an opportunity to see the sights with your pup at your side, but it is also a chance to learn more about the rescue’s work to give all pups a better life. It’s a win-win all around. You get a day on the water with your pup, you get to see the New York City skyline, and you get to help other pups in need.

At just $20, you can’t find a better deal for an opportunity of the lifetime with your fuzzy friend at your side.

What do you say? Are you going to head out on a Circle Line Cruise with your pup?
