The Fourth of July is a very stressful time of year for our dogs. It can also be a dangerous one. And if you need supplies, then you may be looking to Petco in order to get whatever you and your pet need.

From dog food and treats to calming aids and more, there are a lot of reasons we head to Petco when it comes to spoiling our furry (and not so furry) friends. But when it comes to the Fourth of July, we need to know what their store hours may be and if the holiday will have an impact on our ability to head on over and pick up what we need.

And that also leaves us with the big question of whether or not Petco is actually open on the Fourth of July.

Will Petco be open on the Fourth of July?

According to The Holiday Schedule, which compiles data from a wide variety of stores and restaurants regarding their holiday hours, we are very much in luck. That is because Petco will be open on the Fourth of July.

And not only will they be open on July 4, but it looks like they will be operating under their normal business hours. (That being said, we always recommend confirming this, because even though they may be open on the fourth, that doesn’t mean they may not close early.)

So if you are looking to snag some things to keep Fluffy and Fido happy while the world seems to be in chaos around them, Petco has you (and them) covered. And of course, you are also covered if you just need to run to grab some more dog treats and pet food too.

If you are also looking for some pet safety tips this Fourth of July, we have you covered with that as well.
