We love Skechers. We love their sneakers, their clothes, and of course when it comes to BOBS from Skechers, we love their mission. And what is that mission? It seems to be to do good.

When you head to the BOBS from Skechers section of the website, the brand kicks things off with a short statement about what they are all about. Specifically, it reads:

"Make a difference with BOBS – the brand that’s donated more than $7 million to animal organizations and has helped 1.5 million shelter dogs and cats. For every item purchased, a donation is made to help save shelter animals’ lives nationwide."

And we love them for that. But of course, we also love the fact that they offer a variety of designs that will also let us show off our love of dogs and cats (and even Doug the Pug!).

But the real thing we are here for is the fact that they are all about celebrating rescue animals when they can. And that means that they are celebrating National Rescue Dog Day, which falls on May 20, by giving back.

When you shop the BOBS from Skechers collection, which features not only shoes and sneakers, but also loungewear such as joggers and tees, you will help to give back to rescue animals. The reason for this is that for every BOBS from Skechers purchase made, a portion of the sale will go to the BOBS charity.

Considering “over the past six years, Skechers has contributed more than $7.65 million to help 1.5 million shelter pets,” we know that when we do our part by shopping this line, they in turn do their part to give back.

We love the fact that this collection is super cute and cozy in all the best ways. And if we happen to want a pair of the BOBS Beach Bingo Treat Walkies and the Mutt Mixer shoes, who could even blame us as they are both ridiculously cute patterns. Give back and have adorable pieces in our wardrobe? Count us in.
