Is Petco open on Thanksgiving Day 2021?

Petco is where the pets go. But are they where the pets go on Thanksgiving Day? And what happens if you forgot to grab extra dog food before the holiday?

The thing about Petco is that this is where we go to not just get our pet’s favorite treats and dog food. This is where we go for new dog beds, fun fashion for our furry friends, and sometimes it is just a fun way to spend a little time when we want to spoil the pups.

Basically, we just love hitting up Petco to see what’s new, even if we don’t need to stock up on dog food (or cat food). And if we happen to snag all of the Pickle dog toys for the holidays, who could blame us?

But the real question is whether or not we can make a Petco run on Thanksgiving Day 2021?

Will Petco be open on Thanksgiving Day?

According to The Holiday Schedule, the answer is no (but with some exceptions). Petco will not be open on Thanksgiving Day 2021, but the holiday site did mention that there are a few select locations that may open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. local time in order to get people ready for Black Friday sales.

While we haven’t been able to find any near us or our loved ones that are doing these limited holiday hours, that doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to find a store that is open for a few hours in the evening on November 25.

Hopefully you have everything your pup (or kitty) needs to get through the holiday and you can run to the store on the 26th to get your hands on whatever you need or to snag some sale goodies.
