The First Lady is recuperating after a foot injury and is getting some love and support from both Major Biden and grandpupper, Charlie Biden.

Over on the Oval Pawffice, Major Biden is giving us an update on his mom, the First Lady. Jill Biden apparently stepped on a sharp object while visiting Hawaii, and then continued to walk on the foot. This led to a picture (also posted by Major) featuring Biden in a walking boot with a crutch.

So on August 14, Major Biden revealed that he and his cousin, the grandpupper, Charlie Biden were spending the weekend with the First Lady at Camp David. It is all about making sure that Jill Biden gets a chance to relax and heal, which means no visitors (except the president) allowed.

Major Biden and Charlie Biden are spending the weekend with Jill Biden

In the post shared by the Oval Pawffice Major explains,

"I’m spending the weekend with my cousin, Charlie First Grandpupper, at Camp David. Our main goal is to ensure that nobody disturbs my mom @FLOTUS, so that she can rest, that way her foot injury will heal faster. Nobody except dad @POTUS is allowed inside."

Considering that this is also a chance for the pups to spend time with mom and grandma respectively, this sounds like a great weekend for both dogs. And it seems like a good chance for the First Lady to actually heal her foot instead of overexerting herself.

We love these types of updates from Major, and we also love seeing any pictures featuring other fuzzy members of the Biden family. And hopefully this weekend is a good thing for both the First Lady and both of the Biden pups.
