When it comes to finding a treat for our dogs that pulls double duty, it can be a challenge. But Paw CBD wants to help change all that.

As a 2021 Product of the Year winner, it makes sense that Paw CBD would be in a class all on its own. With these treats, yes our pups are getting a bit of CBD, but the fact that these are “veterinarian-formulated CBD products specially created for the comfort and care of your pets,” means we can be sure that we are not harming our pups when we give these chews to our pups.

These treats offer our pups anywhere from 150 mg of CBD to 600 mg of CBD in every bite that helps to make them feel good while also offering up some wholesome goodness at the same time. And each treat comes in two different pup-friendly flavors – peanut butter and baked cheese.

Paw CBD is the unexpected treat our pups are loving

We got to try the Paw CBD 300 mg Peanut-Butter Hard Chews and while our pup is not the biggest peanut butter fan, this was actually a well-received treat. She didn’t hate the flavor and she seemed to have a lot of motivation to go for walks and go on car rides. (She loves her car rides, but sometimes she says no to those walks.)

While the company also offers a calming chew, and I think that would have been a great option for our staff pup, it still felt like the standard chew gave her a sense of calm that really showed. As a pretty anxious pup, Ladybug often needs routine and order to keep her grounded, and we like having a treat that can help in keeping her centered.

After giving Paw CBD a try, it feels like this could become a go-to treat when she is having a bad day or needs a bit of calm in her life. Of course the next time we snag one of these bags of treats we will have to get her a bag of the baked cheese, as we definitely think she will enjoy that flavor so much more.

Before giving your pup any CBD infused treats, we suggest talking to your vet. But we want to know what you think of these types of treats. Do you think they really help our pups stay calm and maybe even feel better? Tell us below.
