As part of promotional material for Saturday Night Live, Daniel Craig gave us the content we never knew we needed – a video of himself dancing with a dog.
For fans of James Bond and Daniel Craig, this has been a rough week. After news broke that the final chapter in Craig’s tenure as Bond was being postponed until November because of the Coronavirus, a number of appearances to promote the movie were cancelled.
However, one thing that wasn’t cancelled was Daniel Craig’s appearance on Saturday Night Live (SNL), which fans will get to watch on March 7. And in the lead up to his turn as host of the comedy skit show, we have received the most perfect gift ever!
On March 6, SNL shared a promotional video to social media featuring the actor. In the video, Craig points out that he is a “serious actor, who never does “social media,” and then he is handed a dog and starts dancing with the pup. And our hearts melted!
We never knew we needed this kind of content, but thanks to SNL we finally have the very best promotional material ever. Is there anything better than seeing an actor like Daniel Craig dancing with an adorable pup? We think not.

And we are not alone in loving this video of our outgoing James Bond with a pup. Other fans commenting on social media shared their appreciation for Craig and the pup, as well as SNL.
One social media user, yosemitelover31 on Instagram said, “This made my whole year!! If I’m ever down, I will just watch this!! Thank you!!!” Another Instagram user, shirl419 said, “Hilarious!!! I could use a dose of this humor everyday.”
We can’t help but agree that this was amazing. Daniel Craig and a dog is everything, and the fact that they are dancing with each other just made the picture complete. Of course, it also makes us want to watch SNL even more, just so we can see what else the actor has to bring to the table.
