With a new year comes new resolutions. And one big resolution many of us have is to get healthier, which means working out. For one Golden Retriever that means joining the humans in a workout group.

Every year when January rolls around, many of us come up with a series of resolutions to kick-start the new year with. From eating better to working out, we are often looking for ways to get healthier, and for one Golden Retriever that meant joining a workout group.

Video footage of a Golden Retriever named Riptide started going viral which showed the Instagram famous pup taking part in a workout group with humans. As Fox News reports, the clip of Riptide working out was shared by the Twitter account, Humans and Animals.

In the tweet, they point out that a pup has joined the ranks of people working out to get healthy in 2020. And we are slightly obsessed with this cuteness. While the humans can be seen laying on their backs and doing bicycle kicks, the camera pans over to the adorable Golden Retriever, who is also on his back trying to do bicycle kicks.

Seriously, this is too cute for words. And honestly, who hasn’t felt like a dog on their back kicking as the rest of the class worked out like they knew what they were doing?

In the video, the instructor for the class can be seen watching Riptide doing his very best to get those bicycle kicks perfected.

Twitter was quick to fall in love with the video, as many of the accounts followers chimed in to say that having a dog taking part in the workout would definitely inspire them to join a class. Of course, there were also plenty of Twitter users sharing their own dog’s antics when it came to getting in shape, which we are never going to say no to. In fact, we loved seeing a thread of dogs working out, as it was definitely motivational to us.
