Now that the Scoob movie has released their first official trailer, they are working to get fans excited by introducing a selfie with Scooby feature.

On Nov. 11, Warner Bros. unleashed the first trailer for Scoob onto the world. And while we are certainly excited to get the chance to witness the origins of our mystery solving team, we are even more excited by the fact that they have launched a special website that allows us to take a selfie with Scooby Doo himself.

On the Selfie with Scoob website, you get the option to take a video or selfie with our crime fighting pup. And while this is a mobile site (which means it only works on your cell phone), you can check it out on a computer as well.

If you check out the Scoob Selfie site from your computer, you will get a QR code that you can scan with your phone in order to take that selfie with Scooby Doo. But, if you head to the website directly from your phone, you get the option to take a video or selfie via Instagram, SnapChat, or Facebook.

And yes, I totally took my own selfie with Scooby Doo using SnapChat. While I did not check out the other social media options, over on Snap, you get Scooby in the corner of your picture. And if you decide to make it a video, then they recommend blowing a kiss. What happens next is a giant slurp from the Scooby Doo tongue – and yes I was all for this awesomeness.

With the Scoob movie not coming out until May 2020, we have a way to go before we get to enjoy the story of the team’s formation. However, thanks to this selfie feature, we can still have some fun with one of our favorite animated pups.

Another option that the selfie site offers is the chance to check out the official website for the movie itself, which means you can learn more about the different characters (as if you don’t already know who they are), and of course watch the trailer again and again.
