Doug the Pug celebrated National Coffee Day with the best Instagram post
In honor of National Coffee Day, even the dogs of Instagram decided to celebrate. And this includes social media darling Doug the Pug.
On September 29, caffeine lovers everywhere got to celebrate their favorite beverage of all time – coffee. National Coffee Day was a chance for everyone from casual coffee drinkers to die-hard fans to enjoy their favorite caffeinated nectar. And even the dogs of Instagram, including Doug the Pug, decided to celebrate the unofficial holiday in style.
Of course, while we appreciate all of the National Coffee Day love, we were obsessed with one post in particular. Doug the Pug‘s Instagram post featuring four of the cutest pictures we have seen just might be our favorite tribute to the day dedicated to coffee.
In fact, the very first picture of the bunch stole our hearts, as he looked both dashing and at home rocking a knit hat and denim jacket with a sweater underneath it in front of a steaming mug of coffee. And sure, he may have been celebrating coffee with this post, but he also looked fashionable while doing it.
However, while the first picture is too cute for words, the other three images are just as smile-worthy. From his green all-weather jacket and orange hat, to his hoodie and sunglasses, all of Doug the Pug‘s looks are fashion-forward and worthy of being on the cover of any magazine. And the fact that he looks great with a cup of coffee certainly makes this post the perfect representation of National Coffee Day (at least for dog lovers).
In the caption for his post, Doug even pointed out the obvious, “Every day can be coffee day if u want it to be.” And we totally agree!
As both coffee and dog lovers, we can’t help but love this Instagram post. We would have to say that this is the best way to honor our love of caffeine and pups and we almost want National Coffee Day to be every day just for the chance to see more adorable posts like this one.
