Elsa Pataky hits the beach with her dog for an exercise video

Following celebrities on social media means getting a behind-the-scenes look at their lives and animals. And Elsa Pataky is no exception.

You may recognize Elsa Pataky from her work in movies like the Fast and Furious series or even the TV series Tidelands on Netflix. Or perhaps you know her as Chris Hemsworth’s wife. However, you know the actress, she is an active presence on social media, with an Instagram account that includes everything from vacation pictures with the family to videos and images from her work.

And in Pataky’s latest post on the social media platform, the actress actually featured a video of herself going for a walk on the beach with her dog Sunny. However, this was more than just a walk on the beach, this was a workout video that made us want to join in on the exercise experience.

While we clearly see Sunny on a leash as they head to the beach, during Elsa Pataky’s actual beach workout, it is the glimpses of the pup running around on the beach getting in their own workout that had us watching on repeat.

Sunny was clearly having a blast with his own workout, and it looks like the pup was not alone on the beach, as there is clearly another pup in the background as well. Forget a boring walk on the beach (we never thought we would ever say those words), this is an entire experience.

Obviously this post was all about the workout, but when we find dogs popping up on celebrity Instagram accounts, we can’t help but stop and pay attention. And when they are adorable pups like Sunny, then we really want to see them shine.

And the fact that Elsa Pataky mentioned her pup both in the video and the message that went along with the post (she even included the dog face emoji) means that she wasn’t forgetting her furry friend either. So of course, we don’t want to forget Sunny either.

Hopefully we get to see more of Sunny on the actress’ Instagram account. And if it happens to be another workout on the beach, then we are totally okay with that.
