When it comes to Halloween content, most parents would look to Bluey. It's a good thought as Bluey is a great show.

However, Bluey doesn't have a Halloween episode and it's unlikely we'll get one in the future. This was something we've covered in the past but it's a question a lot of people are still wondering about. To put it simply, Halloween isn't as popular in Australia as it is in the United States.

While Bluey is rightfully getting a lot of love right now, there are plenty of other awesome cartoon dogs that are celebrating Halloween. Of course, sometimes your little ones won't accept no for an answer.

Thankfully, Bluey's YouTube channel has us covered on that front. The show shared a fun Halloween-themed video. While it's not exactly a Halloween episode, it'll help you celebrate Heelerween so what could be better?

These cartoon dogs are all celebrating Halloween.

Starting things off, we've got none other than Paw Patrol. While the Paw Patrol pups are different from Bluey, most kids tend to like both shows. Paw Patrol has plenty of Halloween-themed episodes, the one that comes to mind is from season 5. "Pups Save Trick-or-Treaters" is the name of the episode and it follows the pups who are trying to stop a kid that's dressed as a spider taking all the Halloween candy in Adventure Bay.

If you're talking about a classically underrated cartoon dog, we have to show some love to Clifford the Big Red Dog. Many will remember the cartoon from the 2000s and during that time, the show aired a Halloween episode. Called "Boo!," it followed Clifford who ends up getting wrapped in a sheet and possibly becoming a ghost dog. You'll have to watch to find out.

Next up is one for my non-scaredy cats and while this show does have dedicated Halloween episodes, this show is pretty creepy on its own. Either way, I have to recommend Courage the Cowardly Dog. This might be too much for some young viewers yet it's a great show if it's not going to scare them too much.

Before moving on to my two classic picks, I had to show some love to another cartoon dog franchise with multiple picks for Halloween episodes and that's Blue's Clues. You can watch the two Halloween-themed episodes from the original series. If you're wanting something more modern, you can also watch the three from Blue's Clues & You! No matter which one you decide on, you won't be disappointed.

The final two picks might be cop-outs as they feature the same dog but I'm going with it. First is a trio of episodes from The Snoopy Show. The three episodes are put together to make one episode and the titles give you a taste of what you're getting: "Frightfully Snoopy, Dress-Up Snoopy, and Trick Snoopy." With that one, I'm sure you can guess the final thing we're talking about and that's It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.

Snoopy is such a classic pick and a fan favorite for Halloween lovers of all ages. Of course, he had to make the cut. While Bluey likely won't have a Halloween episode, you have plenty of other cartoon dogs to go with for the rest of the spooky season.
