Superman and Krypto celebrate Puppy Bowl XX with a new official line of Warner Bros. Discovery products

Look! Up in the air! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s… The Puppy Bowl??? Confusing ledes aside, for the first time ever, Warner Bros. Discovery Consumer Products (WBDCP) is releasing official tie-ins to Animal Planet’s Puppy Bowl. And as you may have figured out, some of those products feature Superman, and his best bud Krypto.

Working backwards here, the Krypto & Superman x Best Friends hoodie and T-shirt features the duo gazing lovingly into each other’s eyes, with the slogan “Not All Heroes Wear Capes” on the front, and info on Best Friends on the back. The organization, full name Best Friends Animal Society, is dedicated to ending the killing of cast and dogs in America’s shelters by 2025.

While Warner Bros. Discovery will match donations to cover adoption fees at Best Friends Pet Lifesaving Centers from February 7-14, of note, no proceeds from the products will be put towards Best Friends. Still, they’re pretty sweet, and advertise a good cause, so there’s that, I guess.

More to the point, the Puppy Bowl collection includes a ton of swag, including a trainer hoodie and matching dog shirt so you and your pup can coordinate, an M.V.P. shirt for your doggo, and much more.
