Did you know Lowe's sells Halloween costumes for dogs?
When we think of Lowe's, we think of home improvements, lawn and garden, and even moving supplies. But what we don't think of is pet accessories. While we might find a dog house at Lowe's, we wouldn't head there for leashes and collars. So it might come as a surprise to learn that the home improvement store actually sells Halloween costumes for our dogs.
While looking at their Halloween decor section, we stumbled across their Halloween costumes page online. And it turns out that they actually offer costumes for dogs.
Although it is not the biggest selection of pet costumes ever, it is still cool to know that if we want to snag something for our pup at the same time as we are grabbing Halloween inflatables for the yard, we absolutely can.
So what exactly do they have for our pups this Halloween?
Lowe's offers a small collection of Halloween costumes for our dogs
There are currently seven Halloween pet costumes on the Lowe's website. And while they do offer something for different size dogs (and cat as well), that really is limited in terms of what you can choose. That being said, these are some pretty great options all around.
The seven costumes available for pets at Lowe's are:
- The Police Officer
- The Cowboy (Basically it is like a saddle with a stuffed cowboy on their back.)
- The Cowboy 2 (This one turns your pet into the cowboy.)
- The Prisoner
- The Spider
- The Pumpkin (There is more to this look than just a straight pumpkin, as it almost looks like a cross between a pumpkin and a pilgrim for this one.)
- The Pirate
The Prisoner might be our favorite simply because we have had this one in the past and it is so cute on. And the fun thing about it is that it honestly seems like the kind of costume you might put your pup in even after Halloween is over.
The Spider is also a pretty iconic costume for a pup to rock. And we have seen plenty of videos of dogs running around as spiders scaring unsuspecting friends.
Even with just seven costumes on the site, these are pretty great costumes in general. And the fact that you can snag the at the same time as you grab your home improvement supplies and your Halloween decor is a win in our eyes.
