Country Now is an outlet we've talked about in the past and honestly, they're giving us the content we're craving. While I've shared the lack of country stars doing Buzzfeed Puppy Interviews, Country Now is changing that.
Previously, I've covered two Pupdates with the first being Megan Moroney who has gone to be a massive superstar. Then there was Dylan Marlowe and his wife, Natalie. The two were on the Pupdate with their two pups and it was delightful
Now, we're here to talk about Ian Munsick's Pupdate interview. This post is from May but these Pupdate videos and posts are too fun not to share. To start things off, we have to talk about Ian Munsick's dog who is named Martha May. If you're thinking about the Grinch, then you're on the right track.
When talking about Martha May, Munsick shared that he got Martha May around Christmastime and he's also a big fan of the Grinch. Combine those two things together and the name couldn't be more perfect for her. Plus she's such a good girl as you can tell by the video.

Munsick went on to share what life is like with Martha May whom he described as "extremely chill," unless food is involved. Sounds like a girl after my very own heart! He also shared that she's a great family pet as Martha May gets along with him, his wife and his son. As you can see by the photo above, Ian's wife, Caroline, is expecting so Martha May will have another family member to love on which is a baby girl.
The artist went on to talk about his album, Eagle Feather which was released in April 2025. He has gone on to give some incredibly fun performances since then. He even spoke about his friendships with country music stars, Lainey Wilson and Cody Johnson. Additionally, he spoke about becoming a girl dad which was so adorable.
Whether you're a country music fan or not, there is no denying just how adorable Martha May is and it's clear her bond with Ian runs deep.
