Funko has given us some downright adorable Hello Kitty Pop! figures. There's no denying back but this new collection takes the cake or should we say cone?
Regardless of where you fall on the foodie spectrum, there is no denying Funko had such a sweet idea with these Sanrio Pop! figures. Of course, we have to start with the queen of them all which is Hello Kitty. HK ended up with two different ice cream versions of herself in this new collection with the first featuring Hello Kitty as part of an ice cream cone. I love how she still has a bow yet she's also topped with some pink toppings as well.
The second Pop! Hello Kitty figure is a normal figure but she's dressed up in an adorable ice cream-themed outfit. Her dress looks like a waffle cone and she's even holding an ice cream cone with a scoop that resembles her. She's wearing her classic pink bow but on the other side of her head, there's a little bowl of ice cream.
Honestly, those two Hello Kitty Ice Cream-themed Pop! figures were too cute not to share, but Sanrio and Funko didn't stop there. While Hello Kitty is the most well-known of the group, she's not the only one featured in this delectably adorable collection.
Hello Kitty's friends joined the ice cream fun with Funko.
First up is My Melody who is wearing an ice cream-themed twist on her normal look as she's wearing a skirt that looks like a waffle cone. She's also wearing two bows, one of each of her ears, and then pairing it with that same blue bowl of ice cream atop her head. She's also holding an ice cream that looks like it has a scoop resembling her. As if we didn't already think My Melody was an adorable character.
In talking about My Melody, we have to talk about the Kuromi figure. Kuromi got a slightly different look this time as she was sporting a chocolate-colored hat and accessories. She's also wearing a waffle cone skirt and holding an ice cream cone, resembling herself. Honestly, this one might seem like an odd pick for Kuromi but it's still utterly adorable.
Next is Cinnamoroll who couldn't look any cuter as a little ice cream man. Of course, he's sporting waffle cone pants which are paired with a blue vest decorated with sprinkles. As you might guess, he's holding an ice cream cone that looks like him. This one is truly adorable and one I might have to pick up. Last but certainly, not least is Tuxedo Sam who is a slightly lighter color blue and is wearing a similar outfit to Cinnamoroll which is the waffle cone pants and a vest covered in sprinkles. He's also holding a cone resembling himself and looking adorable while doing it.
Ultimately, this Sanrio Ice Cream collection from Funko was too adorable not to share. If you're on a no-buy in February, we're sorry in advance. However, sometimes you can't help but say yes to a little extra dose of cuteness.
