If you are a fan of Will Trent on ABC, then you already know that Betty is a big draw for a lot of us. Betty is Will's family and she is a big part of his life. She is a support system for Will and she has been since the beginning.
The fact that the series began with Will and Betty and how they came to be in each other's lives was always going to mean that Betty was a big part of the series overall. So it may come as no surprise that in honor of National Puppy Day on March 23, the Will Trent Instagram account decided to celebrate our girl Betty.

In the post for National Puppy Day, we get to see a montage of Betty looking fierce and sometimes fashionable. And for the caption, Will Trent let us know, "She's an icon, she's a legend, and she IS the moment -- happy #NationalPuppyDay to our very own, Betty Maria White Trent." Of course, they also included a heart emoji and the paw prints emoji at the end of the message.

There is no denying that Betty is an icon, just like the series' Instagram account said. And we love that they took the time to honor her on National Puppy Day.
No matter what anyone says, we all know that all dogs are puppies. They might be older puppies, but they are still puppies. So we truly love that even Will Trent is embracing that idea.
