One of the things that we knew we were going to miss when President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden left the White House was the pet content. We loved getting to see both the dog and cat content that we would sometimes get from both the president and Dr. Jill Biden.
However, it seems that we do not have to miss getting to see the Biden pets after all. That is because Dr. Biden has been sharing some little sneak peaks into life outside of the White House and that includes the beloved kitty that she adopted while she was the first lady.
In a recent post shared to Instagram, Dr. Jill Biden showed a picture of Willow Biden waiting for her at the front door. It was clear that Willow was ready for Mom to come home. And that’s exactly what the caption stated. She let us know that Willow likes to greet her at the door when she gets home.
In the caption of the post, she talks about how sweet the kitty is and that this is how she greets her. And we love to see it. You can see the full, adorable post below:
Willow Biden remains a feline star even out of the White House
Luckily for us, this wasn’t the only recent post that we’ve seen featuring Willow Biden. In fact, there was an adorable post a few days earlier showcasing the kitty enjoying time in a box. In that caption, Dr. Biden mentioned that Willow was the “best unpacking buddy.”
While we may not have any more pets in the White House at this point, we are excited to see the continued pet content out of our former first lady. Here’s hoping it’s not just Willow Biden that we get to see showcased on social media and perhaps Commander will make another appearance in the future.
We can’t wait to see what other shenanigans Willow gets up to now that she is back home with her people and doesn’t have such a large property to explore. And we really appreciate the fact that Dr. Biden is still sharing her kitty content with all of us.
