Hello Kitty has only been around since the mid 70’s yet she’s managed to make such a massive impact on the world. That’s why we see so many fans everywhere.

The character has truly taken on a life of her own and let’s not forget the rest of the Sanrio gang like My Melody, Kuromi, Keroppi, and Cinnamoroll. There is no shortage of cute characters to choose from but she stands above the rest.

That’s why I knew I had to make a gift guide, focusing on some of the best Hello Kitty gift ideas out there. Whether you’re shopping for a friend, cousin, or child, you’ll have a few different options to choose from.

From there, the sky is the limit as the scope of HK merchandise is truly never-ending but I just wanted to showcase a few things if you’re looking for inspiration this holiday shopping season.

These Hello Kitty items are sure to put a smile on someone’s face this year.

1. Grab an adorable Hello Kitty Cake Pop maker from Urban Outfitters.

There are so many adorable products out there but I couldn’t get enough of this Hello Kitty Cake Pop Maker. Priced at $30.00, you can make 4 cake pops and each one looks like her face. It’s such a cute idea and one that would be great to do with kids. Plus if you enjoy cake pops, this is just a good investment.

Each pack also comes with instructions, sticks, and recipes. Of course, you can always make up your ideas but this one was too cute not to share.

2. Pottery Barn has lots of HK options but this blanket is too cute.

Hello Kitty and Pottery Barn collaborated and the stuff is so cute. However, the prices are fairly high so this will likely be a splurge gift. While there were plenty of options, I decided to share the Hello Kitty Heart Throw Blanket which is $69.00. Super soft, this blanket features red and pink designs on it along with Hello Kitty. While it might not be in everyone’s price range (myself included!), this one was worth a mention.

3. Her Universe has an adorable collection of Sanrio items.

While this list is focused on Hello Kitty, I also wanted to include some with her friends. Her Universe has a lot of adorable items within its collection and the good thing is that the website usually has sales. I won’t be talking about one item in particular because there’s just so much to choose from. No matter if you’re looking for apparel, accessories, or home decor, you’ll find it at Her Universe.

5. Head to Five Below for some adorable Hello Kitty stocking stuffers

Five Below has a little bit of everything including licensed Sanrio products. While searching the website, I noticed there were tons of options for both gifts and stocking stuffers. You can grab some Hello Kitty bath bombs, some plushies, a pillow, and even, some socks. If you have a tight budget, there’s nothing wrong with grabbing a few things from Five Below and calling it a day as they’ll be happy with it regardless.

6. Snag something from the Vera Bradley Hello Kitty collection

The Hello Kitty collection from Vera Bradley is something we’ve covered before and it’s too good not to feature it again. Whether you’re looking for a bag, keychain, or blanket, there are plenty of amazing products to choose from. However, we’re focusing on the blanket because that’s the perfect holiday gift. You can never have too many blankets and while the Vera Bradley collection is a bit pricey, it’s worth looking into if you want it as a “big gift.”

Honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong in shopping for Hello Kitty. You’ll find Sanrio products in the most unlikely places so make sure to keep your eyes peeled for those. Of course, I’d love to know if this guide helped you and what you’re grabbing this holiday season.
