If there’s one thing to makes Scoobtober better, it’s donuts. Krispy Kreme must have heard that.

The beloved donut brand decided to launch a new Scooby-Doo collection for Halloween. Considering how beloved the series is, I can’t believe we had to wait until October to have them.

While we don’t have an exact date on when the donuts will be released, the collection is based entirely on Scooby-Doo, its characters, and some of the best moments, sayings, and more. There are rumors it will be released on October 9th, though.

Until we have confirmation, I wanted to share why these new Scooby donuts from Krispy Kreme are a must for Scoobtober.

Celebrate Scoobtober with these new Krispy Kreme donuts.

While you shouldn’t share these with your dog, you’ll be able to have a treat all your own. The donuts featured in the Scooby Doo Halloween Mystery special are the “Scooby Dooby Doo,” “Mystery Machine,” “Spooky Monster Cookies n’ kreme,” and “Jinkies,” along with a chocolate iced with Halloween sprinkles.

If you’re looking to celebrate Scoobtober, there aren’t many snacks to choose from aside from the Scooby snack crackers or fruit snacks. These donuts would be great for having with your morning coffee, bringing into the office, or just enjoying during a relaxing weekend. You can even grab some to munch on while you’re watching some of the Scooby-Doo movies.

It seems like Scooby Doo is more popular now than ever. Thankfully, Krispy Kreme knew what they were doing and decided to launch this collection in time for Halloween and in the middle of Scoobtober. As I mentioned, these probably won’t be the thing to share with your pup but that’s okay. They can handle not having a Scooby snack for once.

Scoobtober has really taken off this year so I can hope other brands decide to follow suit. Until then, at least we’ll be able to enjoy some other offerings.
