Hello Kitty is one of the most iconic characters out there. That’s why it makes perfect sense the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck would be headed to San Diego Comic-Con.

While the convention welcomes millions of people every year, everyone has a different interest and something they’re excited about. For some, it’s Marvel, DC, or even, Dungeons and Dragons yet for others, it’s Hello Kitty or other Sanrio characters.

Thankfully, Sanrio knows its market and knows that Hello Kitty fans will be flocking to San Diego for Comic-Con. As someone who is a massive Hello Kitty fan, I know I’d be on the lookout for the truck the entire time I was there.

Since it’s such an exciting event with lots of people, the truck is selling a lot of fun things whether you’re looking for treats or even, some merchandise to wear during your time at SDCC.

The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is bringing cuteness to SDCC!

While you might be familiar with the Hello Kitty Cafe, the truck is the same concept except that it’s on wheels. You can get merchandise and food inspired by and featuring your favorite Sanrio characters. Thankfully, the SDCC blog shared all the important details you need to know so I’ll just give a brief overview.

If you’re looking to visit the truck, the blog let us know the dates and times: “The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is returning to the Petco Interactive Zone on Thursday, July 20 – Saturday, July 22 from 10am-6pm and on Sunday, July 23 from 10am-4pm.” Honestly, I think that’s a pretty long time and should give fans or those who are wanting something time to visit while also not cutting the rest of your experience short.

If you’re looking for sweets, then the truck is going to have cookies and macarons available for purchase which feature some of our favorite faces from Sanrio. Aside from HK, there’s also Chococat, Keroppi, and My Melody. Honestly, if you’re a Sanrio fan at all and you’re at SDCC, it’s worth checking out.

Food isn’t the only thing available at the truck, though. There are also tons of merchandise to choose from. There are some clothing items including a t-shirt and sweatshirt. There are also going to be mugs, keychains, and totes. If you’re looking for some extra cuteness, you can also purchase the Hello Kitty Cafe Cup Plush which is so adorable.

If you’re attending SDCC, will you be making a stop at the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck? Share with us in the comments!
