Instacart reveals the top 5 dog treat brands based on what we are ordering

In honor of National Pet Month, Instacart is sharing some insight into what we are ordering our dogs and cats. And specifically we have learned all about the top dog treats!

Thanks to Instacart, we know which brands of dog treats pet parents are ordering for delivery the most. Obviously we know that there are more delivery services out there to choose from, and this data may just be based on what Instacart is delivering, but we still love seeing which brands people are choosing to spoil their pets with.

With data from all 50 states, we know that 2022 was a good year for our pets. But what dog treats made the top five most popular brands according to Instacart?

According to a blog post from Instacart, Milk-Bone is actually the number one most ordered dog treat brand for Instacart users. And we are actually not surprised by this in the least. There is something about this brand that is a classic. It’s like the brand we grew up with in terms of spoiling our dogs, so it makes sense that even when ordering for delivery, we are going to choose a brand we all know and recognize.

So what are the rest of the top five dog treat brands?

• 4. Good ‘n’ Fun
• 3. Purina Beggin’ (This is another classic dog treat brand that we love.)
• 2. Heart to Tail
• 1. Milk-Bone

Honestly, we were not surprised to see Milk-Bone, Purina Beggin’, and Pup-Peroni on this list. All three brands are ones we have purchased in the past and used as treats to train our dogs and even spoil them.

We love to see classic brands still going strong and this data from Instacart definitely confirms that these are still the go-to treats for many of us.
