Can dogs eat strawberries?
The answer is that yes, our dogs can eat strawberries! And this is great news. Not only can our dogs enjoy a strawberry, either fresh or frozen, but it’s actually quite good in terms of nutritional benefits.
Not only are these fruits filled with fiber, but they also have omega-3 and enzymes. The enzymes can help with teeth whitening for your dog, the omega-3 is great for their coat and skin, and the fiber is of course great for digestion. All of these things are a benefit to our dogs, and while our dog should only get these berries in moderation, the fact that they are nutritionally beneficial is excellent news.
Honestly, we love the fact that a fruit that we might snack on all summer long is also safe for dogs to snack on. It means that these things will not go to waste.
