The Cleveland Browns are looking for new dog logo

The Cleveland Browns have had a rough few years. However, if there’s one thing the Browns got right, it’s their mascot.

If you didn’t know, the Browns mascot is “Chomps” who is a labrador. Chomps is obviously a very good boy even when the team isn’t playing the best. Even so, Chomps is one of the Browns’ most popular mascots.

While Chomps isn’t the only one, he is the cutest. Looking at the other option of Brownie the Elf, it’s clear Chomps is the better choice between the two. Plus it’s not nearly as scary.

Obviously, the Browns organization knows that as they’re trying to get fans to help them come up with a new “Dog Logo” for the franchise which we have more details about below.

While you can read the full details on the Browns’ website, I’ll just give you a brief overview for those who are curious. It’s essentially a way for Cleveland Browns fans to share a “dog logo” that will hopefully get chosen by the franchise. Voting will begin on April 20th and then a final round on May 10th before a decision is made in June.

Honestly, if you’re a Cleveland Browns fan and are artistically gifted, this is a great way to show your support for the Dawgs and the Dawg Pound. I will say that if you do enter and end up being the winner, the Brown did feature a pretty awesome prize.

The prize was shared via the link to vote: “The winning designer will win FOUR (4) Club Seats to a 2023 Browns home game and a Browns prize pack that includes an autographed jersey.” If you’re a Browns fan or just want to try your hand at it, that’s nothing to sneeze at. Plus you can show your love of dogs in your design.

Overall though, I feel like this is such a fun idea because most people tend to love dogs and even if you’re not a football fan, there’s something to love.
