9-1-1 Lone Star didn’t give us a Buttercup moment in episode 13, but did give us a dog

We may not have gotten a Buttercup moment in episode 13 of 9-1-1 Lone Star Season 4, but we did get a Brady! That’s because it seems like Owen’s “girlfriend” and her husband have a dog! That’s right, it turns out that the woman Owen is seeing, is also married. And as a couple they have a dog.

The adorable pup makes a surprise appearance during the episode after an intimate scene and it kicks off plenty of awkwardness both in the scene and beyond. Of course we just love the dog and how he gets all up in Owen’s business. Not only does Brady basically jump into Owen’s arms (and lap) in bed, but then he pup also goes to town licking his neck and face.

Honestly, it was perhaps the touch of levity and cuteness we needed not only during this scene but also as the episode continued. Especially as we see all the ways things fell apart for Owen in this episode. Not only because of the relationship imploding, but also what ends up happening to the husband by the end of the episode.

9-1-1 Lone Star gave us an unexpected dog scene in episode 13

We are always here for the dog moments in these shows and when it comes to 9-1-1 Lone Star, we definitely don’t get enough of them, even though technically Owen is a dog owner. And while we got a Buttercup moment, in a recent episode, it had been a long time prior to those scenes.

Hopefully the fact that we got a Brady the dog moment in this episode of 9-1-1 Lone Star means we will at least get another Buttercup scene soon. Then again, we may not get another Buttercup scene anytime soon as we often have to wait for a whole new season for the pup to show up.

We can only hope for more dog moments as the season winds down. And hopefully we can expect to see more Buttercup next season as well.
