Bobby Flay gifts girlfriend with Pomeranian puppy
When we think of Bobby Flay, we think of two big things: his cats and his cooking. But now we may also think about the perfect gift he gave his girlfriend recently.
It seems that the celebrity chef’s girlfriend, Christina Perez, lost her 15 year old Pomeranian in the May of 2022. And while he gave her time to grieve that loss, it seems like Flay wanted to give her a special surprise gift. That is where a new puppy came into the picture.
According to People magazine, on March 10 Perez introduced her new puppy to the world. And this puppy has a very special name. The Pomeranian puppy’s name is very fitting of Bobby Flay and his career. And it’s the perfect name for any spice lover too, because the new puppy’s name is Allspice.
So, when exactly did Bobby Flay gift Christina Perez this puppy? And what else do we know about Allspice?

Apparently, Allspice was gifted to Perez for her birthday in January 2023. The gift was for her 42nd birthday, and when she introduced the puppy to the world via Instagram, she explained that Allspice is only a few pounds at this point, and also only a few months old. So he truly is a puppy.
According to the caption on her Instagram post,
"Ecstatic to introduce the newest member of the family, Allspice Flay Pérez!…Bobby picked him out and surprised me with him for my birthday. He also came up with the name Allspice. I think he did a stellar job on all accounts."
What we truly love is the fact that on the post, Nacho Flay himself actually commented to say hi to his new furry sibling. Considering Nacho Flay is perhaps one of the more famous kitties out there right now, with his very own cat food/treat line, we love the fact that he is welcoming a new furry family member.
Honestly, we cannot wait to see more of both Allspice and Nacho on social media. And hopefully we will get to see the two furry siblings together (technically, there are three furry siblings, as Nacho is not the only kitty in the Flay family).
