Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey adopt a rescue pup
Ahead of the birth of their first child, Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey have adopted a new rescue pup together, joining their already expanding pack.
On March 2, Cuoco took to social media to share the news that she and Pelphrey had added a new addition to their family in the form of a new dog. The post shared to her Instagram Story showed the actress cuddling with the new pup, who she introduced as “Miss Opal (Little Widdle Girl).” At the same time she also thanked the rescue organization and the foster parent who helped to make this happen.
According to People Magazine, Kaley Cuoco shared several different videos and pictures of the new Chihuahua addition to her family in her Instagram stories, all of which showed off Opal’s personality. It is quite clear that Opal is a fun and playful new member of the family and she adores her “big brother.”

In one post shared by the actress you can see Opal bopping one of her new furry siblings, while the caption itself reads, “She’s hilarious and already torturing every dog in this house.” Obviously it is all in good fun and it is clear that the pup is a good fit with the rest of Cuoco and Pelphrey’s animals.
On top of pictures and videos of the dogs playing and also relaxing together, the actress also shared a picture of Opal and her boyfriend cuddling each other. She shared that Pelphrey is “now obsessed” with their newest furry family member. And we have to love this for them.
Considering Kaley Cuoco is a strong advocate for the “adopt don’t shop” movement, we love to see her bringing another rescue into her home. And of course, we also love the fact that she is sharing these pictures and videos of her furry family with all of us as well.
