Have you ever heard of Paw Works? This is a nonprofit, no-kill animal rescue that is located in Southern California (we actually wrote about them once to shine a spotlight on them and their mission). Their mission is to help give animals a chance at a new life that is happy and healthy. They are all about those second chances.

And one of their supporters and famous friends is none other than Jamie Lee Curtis. The talented actress is someone who we love to see on our screens, but at the same time we have been loving her social media presence as well. Plus, there is the overall positivity and encouragement that she has been spreading lately which has really struck a chord. Over the years she has been as much a role model as anyone in the industry. So we love to see her succeed.

On Sunday, February 26, 2023, Curtis actually won Female Actor in a Supporting Role at the SAG awards for her role in Everything Everywhere All At Once. And now, with the help of Paw Works, a number of rescue dogs are celebrating the very talented Jamie Lee Curtis following that recent SAG win.

With the help of their humans, an assortment of former Paw Works rescue pups dressed up as some iconic characters. Characters portrayed represented movies such as Knives Out, A Fish Called Wanda, Halloween (of course!), and of course Everything Everywhere All At Once.

Paw Works actually shared pictures of Curtis from those movies to show exactly what each of her characters looked like and then a perfect representation by one of these dogs. We happen to love this post so much and for so many reasons. Not only do we love the fact that we are getting a chance to see these rescue dogs living their best life, but we also love that it is a celebration of Curtis and her work.
