Based on everything we have found (and the stores near us that we visited to check their store hours), Pet Supplies Plus will actually be closed on Thanksgiving Day (although we recommend checking the website for the store near you since there are locations that are independently owned and operated and some stores may open with reduced hours). This means there will be no spontaneous trips for dog food, dog toys, or anything else you might be searching for.

Of course, just because their physical stores may be closed, that doesn’t mean you can’t still shop on their website and get goodies to spoil your pup with later. And yes, they will be open on Black Friday, with many stores opening early to let you stock up and save on things for your pets. With savings throughout the store for Black Friday, this might be the perfect time to snag a few extra treats or even a few stocking stuffers for the holidays.

We aren’t surprised that Pet Supplies Plus will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but it does mean finding alternatives if you need to snag some food for Fluffy at the last minute.
