John Wick 4 trailer proves dogs still matter in our hero’s world

In the past, we have talked about how John Wick is a dog lover’s movie series. And while we hate what went down in that first movie, it set into motion so many of the events leading up to our latest adventure.

While the preview for John Wick 4 does not give us a look at his own dog, the one he adopted/rescued from being put to sleep, we do get to see a different dog on the attack in this new trailer. And it does look like one of the dogs we met in the third movie. If you remember Halle Berry’s character in the third movie, she had her own guard dogs. And the dog we see in this trailer definitely reminds us of her dogs. (We don’t know if it is, but that was definitely our first thought.)

Even though it was a blink and you miss it moment, it was further proof that when it comes to John Wick we can expect dogs to arrive. And that means we need to tune in to the fourth movie. Not only do we want to know who’s dog this is, what they are doing in the movie, and if they are on John’s side or not, but we also want to know where his dog is. After all he went to a lot of trouble to keep his pup safe since he brought him home.

We know that John is in trouble and that the world is out to get him. But what we don’t know is how is his dog and what is he going to do to not only stay alive, but also keep his dog safe and happy. And we already know that when it comes to John Wick it is all about staying alive and making sure his dog is too.
