Chris Young brought his pup Porter on stage with him

Chris Young is currently on tour in the United States and for the last few weeks it seems his pup, Porter, has been at his side. In fact, if you follow Young‘s Instagram or even Porter’s you will see plenty of images and videos from their adventures together.

And in one of their latest posts, which was shared to Porter’s Instagram on July 10, we got to see the ultimate the picture of Porter on tour with Chris Young. That is because the pup got his time to shine!

What does this mean? It means that Porter got to join his famous father up on stage.

Chris Young took Porter on tour with him and that also meant bringing him on stage!

In the picture, our very dignified German Shepherd is being held in his father’s arms as the crowd looks on. While the picture is taken from behind this dynamic duo, it truly looks like these two are looking at each other with a whole lot of love! And we are here for that.

Of course, since this image ended up on Porter’s Instagram, the caption is a little less loving and a bit more “OMG dad, you’re so embarrassing!” The caption simply reads,

"Put me down!!!!! Hi people!!! #lionkingmusic #puppy"

We are totally here for this moment and we honestly wish we had gotten to see it for ourselves.

That being said, it sounds like Porter is taking a break from the tour now that he has made his grand entrance on stage. In a new post on Chris Young’s Instagram, the singer shared a picture of himself and Porter on a plane with the caption,

"Had to fly @porterthedog home safe after a multi week run #puppy #tourlife"

This means that we will likely not see any more Porter on tour pics or videos for a while, but at least we got these gems! We are always down for the mutual love fest between Porter and his “Famous Friend.”
