Have you watched the newest season of Queer Eye on Netflix yet? If you have, then you already know that one of the scene stealers is Neon!

Neon is a rescue pup who was brought into the Fab Five loft as their resident dog for the season, only to be adopted by our resident food expert, Antoni. And while we may be tuning into Queer Eye for the transformations, we are also here for all the Neon content.

And if you love Neon as much as we do, then you probably already know about the pup’s Instagram account, @NeontheMutt. This is where we got one of our new favorite looks behind the scenes (although is it really a behind the scenes look if it showed up during the season) of Queer Eye yet.

In the picture posted to Neon’s Instagram account on January 16, we get to see a game of tug of war between the pup, Tan, and Jonathan.

This look at the new season of Queer Eye is all about the tug of war

Of course, while we love the picture itself, it is the sarcasm and humor of the caption that we are living for. That’s because Neon (or at least one of Neon’s owners) writes,

"There’s probably a term for this in the Urban Dictionary somewhere."

The caption continues with a series of hashtags, including “#queereye,” “#neonsbiggayhouse,” and “#rescuedog.”

It may just be me, but I love seeing a behind the scenes look at the Fab Five as they interact with any animal. But it is especially nice to see the pictures of Neon, who is now an official member of the Fab Five family for real.

We love a good “adopt, don’t shop” story. And this is definitely one of those stories.

If we also get some great posts on social media out of this adoption, we are here for it even more.

dark. Next. Youtooz partners with Peanuts again for a very limited run of a Charlie Brown “revealed” figurine
