They may not be together anymore, but Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are proving that they are clearly good co-parents to their pooch!
On January 6, Mendes and Cabello were spotted in Miami going for a walk with Tarzan, the former couple’s Golden Retriever. As Page Six reports, the duo, who broke up in November 2020, “was seen navigating their way through a local park,” with their pup on a leash in front of them.
And while the couple originally announced that while they were ending their romantic relationship and planned to remain friends, it is definitely nice to see them actively showcasing their ability to remain friendly with one another. It is also nice to see both Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes taking the time to spend quality time with Tarzan.
(Of course, if you want to see more of the quality time between Cabello and Tarzan or Mendes and Tarzan, it is as easy as hitting up social media, especially Tarzan’s Instagram, which gives us a sneak peek into his life with celebrity parents!)
Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes spend time together with their dog, Tarzan
On top of video showing them going for a walk in the park with the Golden Retriever, there are also pictures of the former couple sitting down at a park bench and chatting, while Tarzan seems to enjoy some quality time sniffing his surroundings.
Considering the friendship the former couple shares, we love to see them making an effort to still spend time together, even months after their split was announced. And of course, we love when celebrity couples who had an animal together take the time to spend their time with their pets., especially when they got the pet together.
All things considered, this was a nice way to showcase the fact that both Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello still care about each other, their relationship, and of course their dog. And we hope to see more outings with these two and Tarzan together.
Are you surprised to see the couple back together for a walk in the park with their dog? Do you think this is just a case of friends spending time with their dog? We want to hear your thoughts.
