Dave Bautista might be known as a Guardian of the Galaxy, but in real life his super power is helping and rescuing dogs. You might say he is a real life Guardian of the Dogs. Forget being a superhero for the people, he is a true superhero for the dogs. And we love him for that.

Over the last few months, we have watched as he introduced his followers to a brand new addition to his pack, Penny Lane. With the rescue of Penny, Bautista’s pack has now grown to include three canines.

And on November 16, Dave Bautista gave his followers what we always want to see – happy pups. In a picture posted to his Instagram account, the actor (and part time superhero) showed off his pack, which includes Penny, Maggie, and Ollie. All three pups were clearly quite happy and healthy, with all three cuddled together for a super cute picture.

Honestly, it was such a great picture that he may even want to make that his Christmas card (he could always photoshop himself into the picture too).

Not only do we love seeing Bautista’s pups looking happy and healthy, but we love that they were also willing to wear the cutest little flannel print jackets for this photoshoot. It just adds to the picture in the best ways.

We love to see rescue pups getting along with each other too, and this is definitely one of those times when those pups are probably plotting together (especially now that the world has had a chance to see them in their colder weather wear).

This may have been a simple Instagram post, but it had everything we could have hoped for in a single picture (and more). And hopefully we get some more canine content from Dave Bautista and his pack as we get closer to Christmas. (Who else wants to see these pups getting their Elf on?)
