President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden are back from Europe and the First Dogs are sharing their happiness over their parents’ return on social media. Following a trip to the U.K. that included meeting with G7 leaders and even tea with Queen Elizabeth II, the President and First Lady are back at the White House, and it seems that they are not alone.

In a post shared to the Oval Pawffice Instagram account, the First Dogs shared the exciting news that they were back with their parents and they could not be happier. And it seems that while both dogs are happy about their parents being home, it is especially exciting for Champ.

According to the post, “Champ is enjoying their return so furry much! He has a special bond with our dad @POTUS, they’ve been best friends for over a decade.” Of course, for Major, it is all about seeing his brother and the rest of his family happy, so he is “happy to see Champ happy.”

President Biden and the First Lady are back at the White House and that means so are our First Dogs

But while the President got back to work immediately, that doesn’t mean there wasn’t a treat for the pups as well.

In fact, according to the First Dogs, it seems that the President and First Lady even brought back some special “nom noms from Europe” just for them. And while we don’t know what those treats might be, we love that there were in fact treats to be had!

Now that the First Dogs are back in the White House, we hope to see some more of their romps on the grounds. Maybe they will meet some new friends, and give us an update from their bunny friend, Poppet.
