Sofia Vergara’s dog Bubbles is not a fan of the actress, she revealed during an appearance on The Tonight Show on Wednesday, May 26.

Vergara is an actress originally from the South American country of Columbia who is mainly known as a star from the sitcom Modern Family, and also is known to television viewers from shampoo commercials.

This news was previously reported by People Magazine.

In real life, Vergara is married to fellow actor Joe Manganiello, who is known for playing Flash Thompson in the Sam Raimi 2002 Spider-Man, and Slade Wilson/Deathstroke in the ponderously-titled Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Sofia Vergara’s dog Bubbles is NOT a fan of her mother’s acting.

“She hates me. She was supposed to be for me. She was supposed to be my dog,” Vergara explained while talking to Jimmy Fallon via a videochat interview. “She arrived to the house and I don’t know, she thought she was for Joe and that’s all she wants to do.”

Bubbles, who is a Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, even goes so far as to bite Vergara at times, though she still makes the occasional appearance on Instagram.

Still, as a loyal dog mom and wife, Vergara made Manganiello a Bubbles-themed birthday cake, since they formed such a quick bond, as he definitely considers her as a four-legged daughter.

Sofia Vergara will be a judge on America’s Got Talent, which debuts its newest season (Season 16) this week on NBC on Tuesday, June 1, and she has also appeared as a voice actress in the animated movies The Smurfs, Happy Feet Two and The Emoji Movie.

Manganiello has also appeared in the Magic Mike films, was a main character on True Blood, and has had recurring roles on ER, One Tree Hill and made guest appearances on a variety of police procedural dramas.

Hopefully there will be some pet appearances during this season of America’s Got Talent, which introduced the wider world to the SuperCollies during season 12.
